Ranked No. 1 in the nation among Christian institutions is quite an achievement for Mississippi College’s on-line MBA program.

That’s the assessment of Christian Universities Online, a leading Christian higher education resource for students and parents.

The website in late July rates Mississippi College’s program in the School of Business to be the best value of Christian online MBA programs for 2015.

America’s second oldest Baptist college, MC landed in the top spot in that category, while Anderson University in South Carolina finished in second-place. Third-place went to Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.

President Lee Royce, Graduate Dean Debbie Norris, School of Business Dean Marcelo Eduardo are a few of the university leaders on the Clinton campus delighted about this newest national ranking.

“It is a further reaffirmation to the quality and value that we have been offering to MBA students as the oldest and largest MBA program in the metro Jackson area,” Eduardo said.

The website evaluated tuition costs, scholarships, the number of MBA concentrations at each school and accreditations.

Kevin Pauli, serves as director of the Christian university’s 160-student MBA program. “Our program continues to provide students with an outstanding business education.”

Rankings coming from groups like Christian Universities Online are significant, Pauli says.  It’s a “nice recognition that our efforts are being noticed and valued.”
